Immediate pop up restaurant / bar space on Barrack’s Row:  Very well located building on the best retail block of Barrack’s Row, about 2000 s.f., with a minimal kitchen and a CT (tavern) liquor license, which does not require food sales, and a current Certificate of Occupancy for a restaurant.  The interior is dated, but rent would be reflective of its condition. The building will eventually be rebuilt for a permanent restaurant, but for the interim period (approximately 5 months) we are seeking a tenant to take advantage of the empty space, and possibly partner with long term.  Rent negotiable.
