30,000 to 50,000 sf DIVISIBLE •
MARKET INFO ONLY/Not listed by BDRE: Initial plans call for 2,000 homes, 30,000 - 50,000 s.f. of retail and 500,000 - 750,000 sq. ft. of office on 15.5 acres of vacant parcels off of Kenilworth Avenue across from the Minnesota Avenue Metrorail Station. The project is located on squares 5041, 5055 and 5056. Designed by Urban Design Associates, groundbreaking is anticipated in late 2007, dependent upon city approval, and the first units are expected to deliver in early 2009. Planners hope to connect this to the Anacostia River Walk, when both projects are completed.
